Prices are subject to change without notice. We post information to our website as soon as possible after products or prices change. Due to the rapid fluctuations of the market, prices shown on our website are not guaranteed.

All credit card information is processed through a secure transaction gateway hosted and maintained by our merchant bank. Selecting the credit card payment method transfers you to a secure gateway to collect and process your payment information. Blue Santa Beads does not receive, nor store, your credit card information. We merely get an approval code from the merchant bank. Your information remains yours and secure.
no minimum order
A $5.00 small order fee is added to orders with a subtotal under $20.00 plus the shipping fee.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express, checks and Money Orders. We accept no C.O.D. or credit terms.

Blue Santa Beads does accept your check. Choose the 'Order Offline' option when you are ready to check out, and print out the resulting order form. Make your check payable to the Blue Santa Beads and submit it along with your order to: Blue Santa Beads, 17 Northgate Village, Media, PA 19063. Your order will be processed upon receipt of your check. There will be a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.

Orders can be placed through our website, or by phone or fax with our printed Order Form. The phone and fax number is 610-892-2847.
Blue Santa Beads accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. There is no minimum order. We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS) ground. We ship smaller packages (2 lbs and under) by Priority Mail and the larger packages are generally shipped by UPS. The shipping charges are based upon the dollar amount on an order together with a packaging/handling charge.
All credit card information is processed through PayPal which provides a secure transaction gateway. Blue Santa Beads does not receive nor store your credit card information. Your information remains yours and it is secure. Should you prefer to print off the attached Order Form and send it along with your personal check, the order will ship when the check clears the bank.
Back Orders are mailed as soon as the shipment arrives at Blue Santa Beads.

return policy
If you have received an item that you did not order, is damaged, is not what you expected or being billed for an item you did not receive please call within call or e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the package and return within 15 days. Returns should be mailed with a copy of the original invoice and a note explaining why the item or item is being returned. You may return any unopened packages. No books or videos may be returned. The value of your return will be given as store credit to your account.

shipping times
Orders received day one are shipped day two. We do not ship weekends and holidays therefore Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders will ship on Mondays.
